Recipe: Whole Wheat Vegan Cherry Muffins

Vegan, nut free, as healthy as baked goods can be, muffins. Original recipe taken from My Plant Based Family

Ingredients

2 cups organic whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ cup turbinado sugar
½ cup applesauce
1 cup oat milk
1 cup diced cherries 

Baking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients.
  3. Add applesauce and milk and mix.
  4. Add cherries and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into paper muffins lines until ⅔+ full.
  6. Bake for ~23 minutes.
